Facility and Maintenance Manager Tracking Code 852-243 Job Description We are currently seeking aFacility and Maintenance Managerfor ourWausau, WIfacility.   Job Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain the facility including: building, grounds, equipment, in a safe clean and organized manner.  * Directly mange the maintenance team members.  * Oversee the installation and removal of equipment, as well as utilities servicing the facility.  * Work with EHS manager to comply with all OSHA regulations. * Coordinate work of all outside contractors and utility personnel.  * Implement PM/TPM programs. Required Skills Minimum Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with technical training in plant engineering, or factory/plant maintenance.  * 5+ years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, with a minimum of 2 years holding a supervisory position directing a maintenance staff.  * Strong mechanical aptitudes and a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.  * Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.  * Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.   Desired Qualifications:  * Background within a Union environment a plus.  * Green Belt training and certification a plus.  * Familiarity with local building codes and OSHA regulations, as well as current health and safety regulations.  * Strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.  * Ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and/or situations.
