The Footlocker.com/Eastbay Distribution Center is looking for an Team Store Support Assistant. The Assistant is responsible for performing client relationship-building and administrative duties related to Team Store activities. Supports the sales staff that works with our customers in Key, Inside, and Road Services by utilizing the Eastbay Team Store program. Performs all duties included in setting up and maintaining Team Stores for sales representatives and customers who contact Team Store Services directly. Providing operational support for fulfillment of Team Store orders with unique requirements. Performing all duties required to set up and monitor Team Stores while communicating with Team Members and Sales staff on customer needs to maximize the effectiveness of Team Stores; Provide in-house administrative and operational technical support for Team Store creation and fulfillment corporate and sales staff, as well as provide customer service to end customers. This includes, but is not limited to: Monitor reporting and send out daily pipeline reports to managers, and weekly statistical updates for current live flyers to sales representatives. Communicates with customers and sales representatives to discuss Team Store sales, minimum orders , marketing approaches, and alternatives to increase sales. Perform operational tasks related to receiving, picking and packing some Team Store orders. Work with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of Team Store orders that have unique processing requirements. Utilize Team Store Interface to monitor work flow and maximize efficiency. Maintain and review Team Store user interface. Ensure all orders meet quality guidelines, approve for production, and follow process from start to finish while providing excellent customer service. Coordinate Gift Card allocation when orders ship. Perform all duties included in store setup, such as SKU creation, internet requests, and catalog orders. Train new hires and current staff on store setup and guidelines, and develop procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of Team Store. Communicate with Axle Digital and Eastbay IT to correct technical issues with current live stores Work with other departments on cross-departmental solutions. Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. Experience and Skills: A Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and/or a minimum of two to three years related experience working in a sales environment is required. Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills required. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Salesforce.com experience preferred.
