REAR BEDROOM: Large rear bedroom. Mattress (head-of-bed sits on slide-out) decorative padded headboard; 2 mini night stand units each one consisting of counter space and open-faced cubby. Sliding window with screen fabric blinds and decorative valance at head-of-bed (window serves as an emergency exit) upper double-door cabinet with 2 lower map/reading lights. There is a computer desk in rear corner of bedroom with upper shelving as well as a desk chair; side phone jack and electrical outlet. 3 rear windows with common window sill fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper 4-door cabinet with 2 lower speakers and lighting units. Nearby electrical outlet. Additional nearby side window sliding with screen fabric blinds and decorative valance. There is a large slide-out near foot-of-bed consists of large triple-door mirrored wardrobe cabinet 6 lower drawers TV viewing cabinet contains Magnavox flat screen television. Duo-Therm temp control and a mirrored single-door cabinet (with dual access from lavatory) near bathroom entry. Bedroom has 2 overhead lighting units carbon monoxide detector.
SUMMARY: This is a very nice coach clean inside and out. Appears to have been wall cared for. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is very clean and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet/smoke/musty etc. Carpet in cockpit partial living area dining area and bedroom - showing only slight to medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Vinyl flooring throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in good condition may show a couple minor blemishes. Walls throughout are all clean however as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly look good. Counter tops all appear to be in very good condition. Dash appears to be in very good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good however does have a couple small stone chips. All other windows are good. TIRES: Front left/right rear left/right are all xxxx Hercules all showing good tread and I did not see any cracks. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning water pump lp leak detectors range oven microwave refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radio televisions rear view camera and monitor hydraulic leveling jacks lights & markers and generator. I did not see a washer/dryer hook-up on this coach.
